After my sucky PW session today, I decided to get a nc reward by gng out for dinner with Dad. Dad found this nice place OSO, an Italian restauraunt. somewhere in Tanjong Pager and lemme tell you the only thing i was telling myself was Bon appetite. We started with a Mozarella Cheese stuffed with a cool tomato sauce and we found out from this outstanding waiter(Awafi) that the cheese was imported every two days from Italy(OMG). We then had poached Asparagus with a little melted Parmsan and then Ruchtta salad(Rocket and sum delicious dressing+prawns). This was for starters.
Following up we had their special which was shaved(i think sliced is a better word) black truffle put over pasta and also had some asparagus risoto.
THEN......The Main Course a Fiorentina (800g of tender juicy beef grilled medium rare and accompied by three condiments: Cranberry sauce, Salt, Mustard) excellente.
For dessert, we had a Tiramisu, Pannacotta(flan which is some goodamn sweet beancurd looking thing that had a syrup that contained pepper poured over it.) and to finish we had a Crostata which is something like a chocolate pie. In a tart pastry, they put in some like melted chocolate tart and added a scoop of ice-cream. We w8ed a long time for this one but it was so worth it. The chocolate was moist and soft but super HOT!(The ice-cream settled the problem) and the pastry was too goddamn good. OH and the best was the finisher.....AFFOCATOC(expresso plus a scoop of vanilla ice-cream) wooh what a nc reward for all that squeezing of the brain.



Day Rating: 8(no amt of gd fd can make up for the pain i suffered but hey from a negative rating to about 80% satisfaction is pretty darn good)
