T'was after the March Hols. For the first time in AJC i was actually wering that stuffy and GODDAMN UNCOMFORTABLE AJ uniform.(which i had a hard time obtaining due to the inavailability of pants....had to go to the fricking retailer to get it)
Anyways i felt kinda weird wearing the uniform and it was a little disorienting to see everybody wearing the AJ grey and blue uniform i couldn't even recognise some of my friends without their individual school uniforms.(damn i suck)
So class 09/07 lined up for the first time in the hall and saw our PD tutor(Mrs Alice Teo) for the first time as well. Anyway from 11/07, Zhao jie, You long and Gavin are here and also quite a large number of people from 12/07 and some second intakers + ppl from various classes.
First day=pretty uneventful
Day Two:We had a meet the PD tutor session early in the morning and so we proceeded to our home room 424 to meet her. Little did we know we would an incredible,old,windbag that really HATES tardiness to the core for some weird reason. There was this girl,Si hao i think, she was late for the first two days of school so Teo decided to have rant-a-long sesson where she spent a good half hour talking about the lateness dilemma and that she "had no time left." Therefore we couldn't complete this suvey so i decided to helo to keep the form which i promptly lost so i landed myself in hot soup coz she din do her job(isn't life screwy?)
Day Three:Si hao left class 09/07(3 guesses why) and we learned about the "Alice constant" 7.25 which is the time were the whole class 09/07 MUST gather at the parade square in index number to make Alice's life alot easier.(isn't she considerate).
Okay i've go no more interesting stuff until i joined choir.Next post!

Orientation2!(long post)

Being an OGF i was really excited to start Orientation and i was also required to go for a worshop but even though i missed one session, the second one was a blast (for me) we learned Borrikeeto(dunno how to spell it) and Mambo no. 5(pair dance) and played a few games which was plenty of fun because every OGF from an Ancient was playing and dancing.Needless to say we were all Enthusiastic so it was very enjoyable with every1 cheering and having fun and i though if only this group of COUGARS would still be as tight-knit as b4 then my AJ expeience would be incredulously enjoyable but its kinda doubtful for this to happen.At least to me its doubtful rofl.Oh and during briefings in air-con rooms,i was coughing like crazy and i kinda tasted blood so i was worried i wouldn't be able to be an OGF.
Anyway i skipped school on Monday to go see a Doctor and lemme tell you shes damn gd.My coughs evidently were less serious after two bouts of taking medicine.
Tuesday was a final briefing for OGFs for orientation.That day i could tell every1 was a little nervous(myself included) but we were all looking forward to day 1...until we learned about the program for day 1(boring like hell with subject talk followed by CCA carnival which was reasonably entertaining especially with the Mass dance at the end with OGFs and councillors IT WAS GREAT PEOPLE)
Skipping to day 2,i was more hopeful with two games and dance sessions which could help hype up my OG Acrodia. It workd for a bit especially during the chicken little game where people play scissors,paper,stone and upgrade or downgrade if they win or lose repectively.During the first half, we were lucky to have all the opposing team stuck on the final stage and be unable to get to the Angel(point scoring)stage so we drew the first one.The second half we actually let sum1 get to angel so Acrodia went all out to win it and in the end we thought we won 4-3 angels however,the SM said that it was 4-4(scammed coz we all only saw 3) but hu cares(Y R we so pro..Coz we're so Tyco)we went home from Day two feeling more hopeful with our now semi-enthu Acrodia.
Day 3 was the happiest day as an OGF becuase accordin to Yi yang(OG person) they were saving their voices for the last day(bullshit i noe but at least they were enthu liao).The first game we lost but there was a tie-breaker chance which involved cheering and i had no confidence but Acrodia all proved me wrong(with the fight-like-champions cheer.The only cheer they noe)Then it was the obstacle course where we lost again.Last game of the day was Chicken run(lao ying zhua xiao ji with more xiao jis) that one i could tell every1 was goddamn enthu so this was a rare occasion so i recorded it all down ROFL. Yi yang almost got into a fight with the other grp's frontman so thank god it wa avoided.The game ended in a 0-0 draw so cheer off was held.I felt we should have won but WTH the other grp's "sharpness" got them a draw.
Anyway after lunch we watched "click" damn funny and damn vulgar.Then it was finale preperation time we sabotaged Yu Fei(catholic high de)to be our model and some other zha bo.
As Acrodia had nothing to do we played some goddamn lame games and learned the billy-banja.
Finale was great especially during the model game thingies.Then t'was the moment of truth.Who won orientation? It was....It was... It was.....Jaguaria(go figure) but Shorger from COUGARIO won third best descndant. And for the second time, COUGARIO WON THE PRESENTATION!!HOOOOOO so damn proud of Cougario!I still rmb when i won it! LOL lemme hao lian abit!
Then it was time for me to go collect da shit(valuables) and miss out n dance with every1 else except for the36 OGFs also collecting stuff so we decided to have a "valuable" OGF dance.However like a yellow wave of friends they came...the other OGFs came to dance with us right after the Mambo no.5(i danced with Cynthia just like in day two) then it was THAT GIRL with all the OGFs BABE!! and the last danc was my personal favourite BORRIKEETO!!Then clean up then the final debrief along with Picture taking with everybody from Cougario and then Supper.Although only 6 ppl went including myself i still had a pretty good time talking with them.It was an orientation i would never ever forget.In AJC i feel that its not the facilities or the brand name that draws me to it.Its the people that really is the bait that hooks me to AJC if there were not all these OGFs that feel like close friends i would not have enjoyed Orientation2 as much!So THANK YOU ALL OGFs COUNCILLORS,TEACHERS FOR BEING WITH ME TO MAKE ORIENTATION2 THE BEST ONE FOR ME SO FAR!!!!
