Orientation day 3 THE FINALE

On day 3 it was the final day of orientation...We gathered for a morning assembly then go change into our orientation T-shirt which was aaaa...eeee...ummm TOO GODDAMN TIGHT WTF they dun have shirts that are sized XXL ridiculus mon.Then the councillors tried to physco us to join council then there was a bit of announcements regarding our suject combinations.

After all the admin stuff,it was time to learn the AJ Rap...bleecccch!Games time ensued so the first game we played was a weirdo mini(empthasis on mini) opbstacle course where the goal was to balance sponges on our arms and then like get a ping pong ball and a random item then throw the ping pong ball into a cup and then if it gets in da cup,squeeze the water into a bottle.We won that game but only two pairs managed to play so abit....short.

Second game was Fooz ball...HUMAN FOOZ BALL where we were supposed to well play human table soccer with two defenders,five midfielders,three strikers and one gaolie for both teams.WE WON AGAIN 1-0 so not so bad la huh?

Third game was a game where we had to lead a blindfolded person to some cards by shouting only and damn we were very hoarse after that.

We moved to the dance session.We learned a dance(duh) that was to the song "that girl" by N'SYNC it was a really gd song to dance to and the moves were relatively simple to remembe and do so it was quite enjoyable to do.After dancing(WOOT)we had to learn....(drum roll...)THE SCHOOL SONG!!YEAH......wait...the school song?Damn...Well we had no choice so..school song here we go.

After the school song some J2 band came up to teach us the orientation song which is quite ok but guess what some bloody freaky sounding,shameless guy was singing the song so it was quite ruined and it was kinda like ***t well at least we could have lunch after that.-_-
Then we were told to build some monument with incredibly limited resources and if we wanted more we needed to bid for them with our pts(though we dun lose any pts when bidding) so to gain points we had to either answer this weirdo quiz about certain fun facts that no one cares to go find out like "How many bricks were used to make AJ square(the assembly area)?"that was worth 6000 points....quite a heavy question.We din bother with it and went straight to the mini games to earn points though we din really win anything except for one game lol.

Well monument we make it without using any extra materials that we had to bid for.We just used the pizza boxes.My group was in charge of the stuff so when Wai hao and his OGL came with black trash bags i tot they gng to throw but then i stop them then they say they not throwing the boxes only gng to put them in one corner.Then WAI HAO said,"YA LA mumble...mumble...(couldn't hear it but i think he saw i was going to bash him up so he TIAM TIAM ROFL)"

Each ancient had to send two people to go present their ancient's monument with a song/skit so i came up with the macarana and then was told to construct some lyrics.After completing my masterpiece, i was told to go sing it as well! It took some persuading but i finally agreed if and only if Wei xun joined me(needed someone else to share the embarassment). The ancient was quite supportive saying that the song was funny and fit nicely and they promised to cheer for me which was really comforting...not to mention heart warming.

Ok I had to bring the monument down from the hall and then was told that our act had to have a meaning to our monument like why this?why that?why these materials?It wasn't in me song coz i only explained materials used.Then Wei xun and I created a skit to cover up the "significance of our monument" part.I think we showed alot of creativity in the skit coz we somehow managed to tie it in with the song so that ROX BABE!! After doing a formal presentation to the judges(i had no idea we had to) all presenters were told to go sit with OGs and w8 to be called.

Guess what?Cougario(my ancient) waas first....to go on!We were the sixth ancient in colour order and we were presenting first!!!WHATS UP WITH THAT!!Anyway we present liao then apparently Cougario liked it alot coz they helped to make it alot better by addind some cheering where appropriate and everyone laughed at our lame jokes soooooooo...... SUCCESS!!! Every1 else did their little presentations and heres what they did(damn this is a long post)
Panthera:Some weirdo songs from High school musical and from Hady Mirza's single)
Pumera:Some lameo rap as they tried to look all "gangsta" and "Rambosh"(hmmm nice word)
Jaguaria:Something so lame that i forgot
Leapardio:The lion sleeps tonight song where they start "Killing" the ancients by farting to start natural disasters
Cheethia:(2nd best in my opinion)SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS song with a beatboxer
and the winner iiiiiiiiiiiiiis............not announced yet.

They proceeded to announce the winner of the Ancients where Cougario was last(by a close margin i think)and Panthera was first.Who cares?I felt i did my best and had lots of fun and thats most important so deal with it!Then it was prize giving for the best descendant for each Ancient(best descendant for every ancient was all compared and c hu got most points).The best descendant is Pardus of PANTHERA(Si jie's OG)

Ok the last prize was for the best monument(monument+presentation+explanation to judges)
AND THE WINNER IIIIIIISSS.......(DRUM ROLLLLL..........*thump*....*thump*....COUGARIO!
At that moment i din care that my voice was gone i jumped straight up and gave a victory scream as loud as i could!Then went to the stage to claim da prize while chanting Macarena works magic all the way.Hopefully people will remember me for that.Currently most councillors do so thats a good thing.....to me!We had a recap of orientation with some photos played to the song "Gomenasai"by TATU. Finally the closing address and the MASS DANCE IN THE RAIN!!!!
WOOOOOH it was wet it was slightly chilly but it was fun coz everyone danced..It was great!!
That was it and there was an OG dinner but i couldn't attend....sad but i was tired anyway.
As i went home i thought back about the orientation and already started to miss the days of "non-stop high"that only happens during Orientation! I miss those days already but now its studying time which is not too bad but still.I find that a day of fun every fortnight or so never hurt any1 with or without exams right?Maybe more of such programmes should be held....Well one thing is for sure.If i transfer schools,i will never forgot my OGLs,my OG mates and AJC and i will never forget my experience as a COUGAR descendant OSGODI!!!WE HAVE WON the war
